Mental Health Care for Therapists

COVID brought us a new way of life. A life we never expected. And now, we are left to help our clients put the pieces of this “new life” together all while trying to navigate our own mental health post-COVID. We are burned out. The comforters need comfort. The helpers are in need of help. But despite those needs - we keep going instead of giving ourselves the space that is needed to rest, rejuvenate and recharge for the work ahead. In this vlog, Dr. Ksera Dyette provides an incredible account of what mental health professionals have faced in the last 2+ years and what we continue to face as the world begins to embrace the normalization of mental health.
